TGR LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates own this site. Your use of TGR Online is subject at all times to our Terms of Service, our TGR Name and its members when they are added to TGR are governed by our Terms of Service. Our community is always evolving, so it's important that you periodically check here (as well as the rules in your favorite areas) for updates or new information. We may update the Terms of Service at any time and when we do it will be posted as a reminder to you to go read in the national board area. If you don't agree to the changes, or to any of the terms in this Terms of Service, your only remedy is not to use our site. If you have any questions, please email admin@thegentsreview.com. If you violate our Terms of Service, we will issue you a warning about the violation, or we may choose to immediately terminate your account. You acknowledge that is not required to provide you notice before terminating your Account, but it may choose to do so. If there is any conflict between the rules or instructions posted TGR will attempt to resolve any conflict in its sole discretion. When you complete our registration process, you become a TGR member. Your Account allows you to participate in all boards of our community. To create an Account, you must select a login name and password. Your login name is your TGR identity. You may not use a login name that is used by someone else, and your login name cannot be vulgar, or otherwise offensive, or be used in any way that violates the Terms of Service. You may not provide false information during the registration process. You must provide truthful and accurate information in creating your TGR account name. You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account and for the security of your computer system. You may not reveal your password to other users. Should you forget your password you must write to support@thegentsreview.com using your secret code to identify yourself. Furthermore you agree to hold harmless for any improper or illegal use of your Account. This includes illegal or improper use by someone to whom you have given permission to use your Account. Your Account is at risk if you let anyone do so. If your Account is terminated, you may not join again without our express permission. If you wish to rejoin the service, please contact admin@thegentsreview.com. Charges, Billing And Free Trials. You may have partial access to discussion boards of the community and be allowed to read our boards and our requirements. In an attempt to protect already established members you must pay your membership dues in order to have full use of TGR LLC. For this you must pay for a subscription in order to participate in all other. All of your confidential information is not saved in any part of TGR database whatsoever. The billing company in which you used to sign up with is the only company who recognizes your information and is a secure site. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART. A. Payment Options. You may pay for subscriptions by Credit Card, Check Payment, Money Order, Cashiers check Subscriptions paid by Credit Card will automatically renew, unless you cancel your subscription. Customers who use check or money orders will remain pending until payment is received in which at that time you account will be activated and a notification to you via e-mail will be sent. Please do not forget to include your e-mail address and you username on your payment should you choose to pay by mail. By not doing so will only delay in the activation of your account. Credit Card You may use a credit card to pay for your subscription(s). When you provide credit card information to the billing company who accepts payment for TGR user of the credit card that is used to pay subscription or other fees. Each month that you have a TGR account, you agree and reaffirm that our billing company is authorized to charge your credit card for the subscription fee for the proper monthly, quarterly, or annual fee. You agree to promptly notify our billing center if there are any changes to your credit card account number, its expiration date and/or your billing address, and you agree to promptly notify the billing center if your credit card expires or is canceled for any reason. As the Account holder, you are responsible for all charges incurred, including applicable taxes, and all purchases made by you or anyone that uses your Account, including your family or friends. This means that, unless your Account or credit card information is obtained unlawfully or fraudulently by someone other than those authorized by you to use your Account, you will be responsible for all usage and purchases on your Account. Crude or explicit sexual references, discussions of illegal drugs, and hate speech are always inappropriate Content for any online content. Languages may vary in the expectations of the community. Some play in chat rooms may involve use of stronger language than others, including mild expletives. Always use your best judgment in your online conduct. If you would not say something in a room full of people you have never met, or in the workplace, don't post it on our message boards or chat. We may monitor your communications but cannot monitor all of the will allow you to filter the communications that you see when using the chat area. You can use this feature to reduce your exposure to words you do not wish to see. We reserve the right to remove content that is objectionable to us for any reason. This determination is in our sole discretion, and is final. TGR does not assume any liability for any failure to remove, or any delay in removing, content. If we removed Content that you created, we may send you a warning. If it's a serious offense or you've violated our rules before, we may ban you from participating on TGR and terminate your Account. You will violate the Terms of Service if you (or others using your Account) do any of the following: Post, or distribute the sales or distribution of drugs or extort of any other person. Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another Member or guest that is unwanted. This means: don't say bad things about them, don't keep sending them unwanted messages, don't attack their race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc. If you disagree with someone, respond to the subject, not the person. Transmit or facilitate distribution of Content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable. Hate speech is not tolerated. Disrupt the flow of chat in chat rooms with vulgar language, sarcastic remarks to another member about a member who is interacting in chat disturb other users, spamming or flooding [posting repetitive text]. Impersonate another person (including celebrities), indicate that you are that person or a representative of that individual in an attempt Attempt to get a password, other account information, or other private information from a Member or any other user on TGR. Upload any software or Content that you do not own or have permission to freely distribute within our site TGR. Promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software. Upload files that contain a virus or corrupted data. You must obey all applicable laws, regulations and rules wherever you are on the Service. This includes rules for use of third-party technology and content, rules of interactive service providers, and federal, state, local and foreign laws where applicable. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. The laws that apply in the offline world must be obeyed online as well. We have zero tolerance for illegal behavior on the Service. We will cooperate with law enforcement in such matters. Public Communications. You acknowledge and agree that your communications with other users via chats, conferences, bulletin boards, and any other avenues of communication on this Service are public and not private communications, and that you have no expectation of privacy concerning your use of this Service. You acknowledge that personal information that you communicate on this Service may be seen and used by others and result in unsolicited communications, therefore we strongly encourage you not to disclose any personal information about yourself in your public communications on our Service. TGR is not responsible for information that you choose to communicate to other users on the Service, or for the actions of other users. Making any unauthorized copy or any part of this site will lead to the termination of your TGR account and legal action against you for infringement which may fine you up to $100,000. Links to Third-Party Sites. TGR may include within its site hyperlinks to web sites that contain adult content. TGR is not responsible for any adult content that may be uploaded into the site to show adult content to other members. It is at the soul discretion of each and every member to his or her own choice weather or not he or she decides to add such content and will not hold TGR responsible in any way for disclosure of any information those sites may provide or collect. INDEMNIFICATION. Upon request by TGR you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TGR and its affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, vendors, and content providers from all liabilities, claims and attorneys' fees, that arise from a breach of these Terms of Service for which you are responsible or in connection with your transmission of any content on TGR. Furthermore, TGR reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In that event, you shall have no further obligation to provide indemnification to TGR in that matter. This Section shall survive termination of this Agreement. OTHER LEGAL TERMS. You agree that these Terms of Service are not intended to confer and do not confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties to this Agreement. You also understand and agree that TGR Terms of Service and the TGR Privacy Policy, including any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Member conduct may be subject to other local, state, national, and international laws. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute with TGR relating in any way to your Membership or your use of TGR resides in the courts of Southern California and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Southern California in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving TGR or its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, officers, directors, vendors and content providers.
